This User Agreement governs your use of the CalculatorHide - Security Vault application. Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing. By access to the product, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About this Product
This app offers a secure space to store and conceal private documents, including but not limited to photos, videos, and files behind a fully functional calculator interface. Additional features include a working calculator, note-taking, a private browser with no history retention, and cross-device connectivity. This app is developed for users with at least 18 years old.
2. Account
Users may register an account. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure and protect any data you store in the product. We are not accountable for any misuse of the product by you or for any inappropriate, defamatory, or unlawful content transmitted by others through the platform.
3. Subscription & Payment
For premium features, you shall finish subscription or on demand payment as per your preference. Service will automatically stop when on demand payment duration is over. Service will be automatically renewed for subscription unless you deal with unsubscription at least 24 hours before the current subscription duration expires. Unsubscription can be set via your product account. In case there is any service left to be unused, we will not do any refund for this part.
4. Prohibited Use
You shall not to: (i) copy, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the product; (ii) access others’ account without any authorization; (iii) proceed with illegal activities based on the product.
5. Termination
When accessing or using this product, you must behave in a civil and respectful manner at all times. We specifically prohibit any use of the product, and you agree not to use the product, for engaging in conduct that would disobey this agreement or constitute a criminal offense, giving rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any city, state, national or international law or regulation that would fail to comply with accepted internet protocol. Abusive or harmful behavior, including harassment, threat, shate speech or bullying, will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension and be met with immediate disciplinary action. Respectful communication is required—harmful behavior, including doxxing or targeted attacks, is grounds for a permanent ban.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, for any reason in our sole discretion, to change the terms of this Agreement. We will post or display notices of material changes on the Service and/or e-mail you or notify you upon login about these changes; the form of such notice is at our discretion. Once we post them on the Service, these changes become effective immediately and if you use the Service after they become effective it will signify your agreement to be bound by the changes. You should check back frequently and review the terms and conditions of this Agreement regularly so you are aware of the most current rights and obligations that apply to you and the terms and conditions of your agreement with us.

8. No Warranties
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE PERFORMED OR PROVIDED IS DONE “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND WE HEREBY DISCLAMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9. Intellectual Property
All the documents you uploaded belong to you only. Users must make sure they have legal rights to access any content. Users must not engage in any unauthorized scraping or attempt to circumvent DRM protections on digital media. Posting, sharing, or promoting pirated materials is forbidden and may lead to legal consequences. Automated scraping of this product's content without permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Indemnification
Subject to the limitations set forth herein, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including its subsidiaries and affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees or agents, and other representatives, from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs), arising out of, relating to or in connection with your material violation of these Terms.
11. Miscellaneous
We will not be liable for any delay in performing or failure to perform any of its obligations to you caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We will notify you promptly in writing of the reasons for the delay or stoppage (and the likely duration) and will take all reasonable steps to overcome the delay or stoppage.
